What we keep

When you send an enquiry form we keep your name, your phone number, whether the project is residential or commercial, who you are (home owner, contractor, designer and so on) and the product or page you asked from. The form asks for nothing else: no address, no ID number, no date of birth.

Why

Only to answer your enquiry: someone from our team calls or messages you about what you asked. We do not sell or pass on your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How long

We delete an enquiry 6 months after you send it.

WhatsApp, phone and maps

If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we use your number only to answer you. WhatsApp's own terms cover the message itself. The map link opens Google Maps; this site does not load Google Maps.

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used, so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets its own cookies for this. We also use Plausible, which counts visits without cookies. Neither tool tells us who you are, and we set no advertising cookies.
