About iBox universal basic set
The iBox universal is the box that goes inside the wall behind a Hansgrohe concealed shower mixer, bath mixer or thermostat. Your plumber fixes it and connects the hot and cold pipes and the outlets before the wall is closed and tiled; the handle and plate you see go on at the end. Many Hansgrohe trim sets fit the same iBox, so the design on the wall can change later without opening the wall. It needs a wall 80 to 108 mm deep and has Rp ¾ (DN20) connections.
