The AXOR Urquiola Bath Tub 1800/600 is designed as a freestanding centerpiece rather than a conventional built-in bathtub. Its expressive asymmetric form reflects Patricia Urquiola’s design language and gives the bathroom a distinctive architectural character.
The tub is manufactured from mineral cast and finished with gelcoat, creating a smooth and refined surface suited to high-end bathroom interiors. This material construction also gives the bathtub a substantial presence that reinforces its premium appearance.
With a filling level of approximately 340 mm, the bathtub offers a comfortable bathing depth while maintaining the characteristic low and sculptural profile of the Urquiola collection. The approximate filling capacity is 180 litres when calculated with one person weighing around 70 kg.
The bathtub weighs approximately 187 kg without water. When filled and occupied by one 70 kg person, the combined load is approximately 440 kg. These figures should be considered during project planning, particularly when assessing floor structure, access, transport, and installation requirements.
The freestanding installation allows the AXOR Urquiola Bath Tub 1800/600 to be positioned as a focal feature within the bathroom. It can be paired with a suitable floor-standing, rim-mounted, or other compatible AXOR bath mixer depending on the design and technical requirements of the project.
The White finish gives the bathtub a clean and timeless appearance that works well with natural stone, porcelain, timber-effect surfaces, and a wide variety of premium metal finishes. It can therefore integrate into both minimalist and more expressive interior concepts.
The Urquiola collection is known for combining familiar bathroom forms with unconventional proportions and sculptural details. Coordinating the bathtub with AXOR Urquiola mixers, wash bowls, and other fittings can help create a unified design concept throughout the bathroom.
The AXOR Urquiola Bath Tub 1800/600 is suitable for luxury residences, premium apartments, hotels, hospitality projects, wellness environments, and other high-end interiors where the bathtub is intended to function as both a practical fixture and a major design element.
